ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN ON THE BACKSIDE OF THIS SYSTEM. BLIZZARD
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN
UPPER AND NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN AS STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS
