Still looking for spring.

Ok, it's the middle of April. We have seeds in starter pots. The weather is not copacetic.
There was a warming spell, and most of the snow melted. Then we got a blizzard. Another day or two of mild weather, and more snow. I'm over it. I want to start planting. I want to mow my yard in the sunshine. How long, how long?
